π Finance 4 Non-Finance β The training program for ENAIP Piemonte

π October 2025 β Turin
π‘ Finance as a Lever for Sustainability and Managerial Awareness
Talking about finance within educational organizations doesnβt just mean dealing with numbers β it means building solid foundations for economic sustainability, operational governance, and informed decision-making.
For this reason, GO Partners collaborated with ENAIP Piemonte to design a training and on-the-job learning program for the Directors of the regional Training Service Centers (CSF).
π― Objective
To provide practical tools to read, interpret, and manage the economic performance of each center, with a focus on efficiency and long-term sustainability.
π§ The GO Partners Method
Β Led by Giuseppe Panna and Orcun Mater, the program followed a deliberately hybrid approach:
β’ a theoretical introduction tailored to ENAIPβs organizational context;
β’ followed by one-on-one consulting sessions, where local directors worked hands-on with real data, tools, and operational decisions.
Between October and November, participants are addressing topics such as:
β’ KPI and margin analysis;
β’ cost control and operational sustainability;
β’ planning and managing resources across training centers.
π A Shared Growth Journey
The project will conclude with a plenary session dedicated to KPI analysis, operational governance, and economic efficiency β a key moment to consolidate results, share best practices, and strengthen the leadership role of CSF Directors.
After the very first session, feedback was overwhelmingly positive: participants highlighted the value of gaining management tools and new perspectives in a field β finance β often seen as complex.
βFinance has become a shared language, no longer an intimidating domain.
Weβve seen directors work with enthusiasm and a concrete, results-driven mindset.β
